The 4 key principles to our design process. Our objective was to design a kitchen that could withstand the diverse British weather with minimal maintenance, whilst complimenting any garden space and minimising our impact to the environment.
Our “Single Structure” Monocoque Design
At the heart of our kitchen design is extruded aluminium. Infinitely recyclable, the metal can be melted and reused for another application an endless amount of times. It also has one of the strongest strength-to-weight ratios of metals making it ideal for outdoor kitchens.
We’ve harnessed manufacturing techniques used in the Aerospace sector to form our unique “single structure” kitchen frames. Every kitchen frame is welded and riveted together to form a single cohesive monocoque body that does not require any fasteners or bolts, creating a seamless finish throughout.
Not only does this result in an extremely strong and rigid frame, it minimises risk of galvanic cell corrosion occurring where bolts are present. We then powder coat all our frames to allow you to select your own colour to suit your garden set up.
Our Worktops
Outdoor kitchen worktops are entirely different from indoor variants due to the need to be fully UV stable and resistant to sub-zero conditions.
We work with the porcelain worktop manufacturer Laminam, that create fully outdoor rated worktops whilst using 40% recycled material content. We collaborate with you to pick the ideal worktop to compliment your kitchen.
On selected kitchens, we include a detachable section of worktop that enables a supply pipe to be connected to the gas cylinder discretely when appliances are in use.
Our Composite Panelling
We include composite panelling throughout both kitchen ranges. Comprising of 75% recycled wood flour and recycled plastic, the composite panelling provides a stunning and sustainable alternative to wood. A key benefit of our composite boards is that you can select from 6 different colours to match your frame and worktop. Select from the following colours to contrast or compliment your frame:
- Oak
- Carbon
- Antique
- Slate
- Natural oak
- Walnut
A key feature of our boards is that they are UV stable and are fully anti-rot and anti-splinter and are of a wipe clean design. This means minimal upkeep and maintenance for you. We offer 10 year anti-rot and anti-splinter guarantee on all our kitchens.
Our Doors
We have developed our own door assemblies that are colour matched to your frame and panelling selection. All of our doors include Blum soft close hinges as standard.

Our kitchens are fully customisable:- Our frames can be customised to the colour of your choice. Select any colour within the RAL chart.
- Select your ideal ceramic worktop to compliment your kitchen design.
- Select between 6 different composite panel colour variants.
- Customise your shelf configurations.
- Select your perfect set of grills and appliances.
Grills, Ovens and Appliances
Outdoor fridge: We offer the Blastcool Extremis XP1 fridge with our kitchens. This stylish fridge is rated for outdoor use, and the XP1 uses the latest energy saving technologies. The fridge includes the advanced refrigerant and insulation resulting in negligible GWP (Global Warming Potential) and zero ODP (Ozone Depletion) ratings. A great feature for our kitchens.
Pizza Ovens: Our kitchens are designed to work with all portable worktop based pizza ovens and wood fired ovens. Get in touch to discuss the different options available to you.
Kamado Grill: We have collaborated with UK company Podd Grills to offer the versatile Big Podd grill. The kamado enables you to grill and smoke and can reach temperatures of up to 1000 Degrees Celcius. The Podd is built to last and includes a 5 year warranty on ceramic parts.
Integrated gas grill: We have collaborated with UK company Whistler Grills to incorporate the premium 4-burner gas grill, the Burford 4, into selected kitchens. Whistler Grills are built to last generations and offer a lifetime warranty on selected components.
Our Extras
We include the following items on all our kitchens:
Utensil rack: We add a hanging utensil rack on all our kitchen backboards as standard.
Solar lighting: Our range of our kitchens are fitted with solar lights as standard. These offer fantastic light to the worktops as the light begins to fade.
Our Service
Installation and delivery: As standard, all kitchens include free delivery, installation and commissioning. To install the kitchen we require just a flat and stable surface, such as a patio or concrete base.
